Another dry fall. spring and summer was dry too. Ya. El nino developed and now it like back in la Nina like pattern dry. it like highs build in and than we sort of dry out for extended periods of time. 2022 was more active 2023 was quite boring. Volcanic eruptions happing and earthquakes. Really don't know about rest of fall winter. Hoping for a wet winter. I think weather patterns are being effected by eruptions. But been dry out fall especially. cold nights. Might have cold winter with some precipitation. 
from dry to wet another unpredictable winter not as cold but the Jetstream has been active over the northern pacific. nw atmospheric river. coming to California probably a wet feb at least beginning of it.
